Test Equipment and Facilities

Name:Testing room of chemical liquid
Description:During the galvanizing process, the chroma of acid and other assistant galvanized liquid is changing all the time. In order to control the proper chroma, they should be tested every 8 hours for chroma analysis, in the results of it, the components could be galvanized well.

Name:spectral analysis equipment
Description:Purity testing of zinc ingot and zinc liquid.

Name:Passivation groove
Description:We have the only passivat ion techniques in galvanizing at home, and after passivation, an oxidation film forms on the surface of cable tray, in this case, the oxidation could be prevented effectively, and the zinc would be rusted very slowly, and also no white float ing rust appears. It is ensured that our cable tray could be used as long as 40 years with the help of this technique. We analyze the purity of the passivation termly to ensure the effective purity of the passivation liquid.
